You don’t love him.
You love the idea of him,
the concept of someone
who will fill the void of your bed
and kiss your scars back into your skin.
You crave salvation,
I can’t blame you for that.
But you won’t find it in his stale words,
rehearsed and abused on his
Your saving grace is somewhere
inside that scar tissue you’re
so desperate to peel from your body.
3. Why I love my best friend:
I think I love my best friend, because at some point in time, I loved him as more than a friend. I don’t think I do to the same degree anymore, but it was there, nevertheless. He’s a wonderful human being. He’s caring and intelligent, really talented, and really attractive. We just got closer and closer in high school. He never failed to make me laugh and smile like a little school girl. He’s just…great. I wish I had more to say, but honestly, if I could pinpoint exactly why I love him, then the mystery of it all would fade away and it wouldn’t be the same.
13. Life goal(s):
To be a successful actress sometime after I’m out of college. To be respected for my art and the sacrifices I may have had to make for it. To be the type of person people can look up to and respect. To be a wonderful sorority woman, rather than a stereotypical one. To be someone who is kind, caring, and authentic about it. To fall in love with someone because they’re the right person, rather than because it was the right time and I was lonely. To be a mother, and a great one at that.
19. Middle name:
Lyne. Half of my mother’s first name.

8. Top 5 turn-ons:
1. If you can make me laugh, you’ve got me hooked (btw, it’s not too difficult to make me laugh, I promise)
2. If you have a perfect or almost perfect smile, then you are that much more attractive
3. Neck kisses; case closed
4. Bow ties; if the case wasn’t closed before, it is now
5. If you can laugh with me in bed for bumping my head or doing something awkward, I will probably fall for you.
10. Biggest turn-ons:
Besides the 5 I just listed? Knowing how to put on a condom (properly); when you notice little details about me; when you actually ask questions about weird things/nuances/quirks that you’ve noticed about me; when conversation flows really well between us; when you’re just a really really really nice person.
17. A fact about my life:
I tend to simultaneously doubt myself and believe in myself. (It doesn’t exactly make sense, but if you knew me, you’d understand.)
16. Favorite movie:
I’m not a big movie-watcher, honestly. I haven’t finished it yet, but we watched about 90% of “The Pursuit of Happyness.” Something about how Will Smith’s character NEVER gives up trying to make things better for his character and Jaden’s character just struck me. It’s just really eye-opening, especially with my past and all.
MORE QUESTIONS, PLEASE. I’m on spring break at home and reeeeally bored! www.oxytocinanddopamine.tumblr.com/ask#personal #ask #ask me things please
